What is our goal ?
- Very simple: to bring you a great selection of hobby products at great prices.
- To offer you quick despatch and good service as standard.
How will we do it ?
- By controlling our costs (but not cutting corners when it comes to service or security !)
- By negotiating great deals with our suppliers
- By not being greedy ! Sensible profit feeds the cat, but we don't plan to buy ourselves a Maserati any time soon (or probably ever...).
- Most important of all - by keeping things simple, both for you and behind the scenes in our processes.
